SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Times:
We process orders during regular business hours - Monday through Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. Products typically will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order. You will be contacted by e-mail or phone if the item you requested is on backorder, and be provided an estimated shipment date.

US Shipping:
Free Shipping - Within the Continental US, free standard shipping via ground service. Shipping for overnight or two day air will be delivered via best carrier possible. Rates quoted here are based on UPS published rates and do not include incentives or special programs. If you have specially negotiated rates, contact your UPS account executive for a rate quote. Please see the UPS Rate and Service Guide or similar guides or rate documents as may be applicable in your jurisdiction for details

Hawaii or Alaska:

Due to high shipping costs, we must charge freight for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.  Please call or e-mail for shipping cost estimates.

Canadian Shipping:

Please call or email for shipping cost estimates.


RETURN POLICY
We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders. Return freight is not refundable. In the event of a return, please call AGR Customer Service at 800-454-4995 to receive a Return Authorization number. Do not return any product without prior authorization. Returning product without prior authorization can result in a restocking charge. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Special orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.


**NO REFUND OR RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS**


ORDER CONFIRMATION
After completing an online order, you will receive a confirmation from AGR Tools USA, Inc. We will email you when we receive your order. If you do not receive an email after placing your order, please call AGR Customer Service at 800-454-4995 or email us at sales@agrtools.com.
The email will contain an order number which can be used to view and track shipment through the “tracking” tab on our website.


CANCELING AN ORDER
Any orders cancelled before shipment are entitled to a full refund. Please call us 1-800-454-4995 or email customer service at sales@agrtools.com with your request to cancel your order. All refunds are paid immediately upon timely request. If you decide to cancel payment through your credit card company your refund or credit will be delayed for processing.  Any orders cancelled after being shipped are subject to restocking and freight charges, deducted directly from your refund.


DAMAGED GOODS
Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 5 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.
Please inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt. All damaged items should be refused upon arrival. Hidden damages such as missing or non-working parts should be reported immediately upon discovery of such damage. Contact AGR Tools USA, Inc.  directly and we will arrange for return shipment, refund or replacement of all missing or defective items. Please return all damaged goods orders in original packing materials and include original packing slip with notice of reason for dissatisfaction, or list of missing or non-working items.


PRIVACY POLICY
AGR Tools USA Inc. does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary on factory direct shipments or to complete credit card transactions. Confidential information like your credit card is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.
Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out promotional campaigns to our customers via e-mail in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running. At no time is anyone outside our company privy to your data or information.


 

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Warranty:
All AGR Tools are warranted against manufacturer’s defects.  Defective tools will be replaced either fully or on a prorated basis upon return to AGR Stone and Tools, USA.  Before returning items, contact AGR Customer Service at 800-454-4995 to obtain a Return Authorization number for your item.  All returns will be evaluated by the engineering department for determination of credit or replacement.

Limited Liability:
All products are used at user’s risk.  AGR Tools USA, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries or damage caused by the use of our products. Operator must comply with ANSI B7.1, B7.5, OSHA and safety guidelines furnished with each product.
